Working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali has always been a learning experience- Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone says that Sanjay Leela Bhansali takes out the best from you as an artist and one can draw a lot from the creative experience. She has collaborated with the director for the third time on Padmavati to which she claims was more challenging than ever.

 “The way he pushes you, challenges you. That’s what drives me to do his films. It is difficult as an actor to work with someone you have worked with so long.  It’s challenging for both the director and actor to bring something new to the table everytime they come together.  We hope we are able to deliver something for the audience this time again with Padmavati .” , says Deepika. When asked about the controversy around the shooting of Padmavati, She declined to comment on the issue.
