“A Gentleman” starring Sidharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Suniel Shetty got a mixed response from the audience and critics. The movie had been generating going well among the audience, However, it is seen that the much-hyped chemistry between the two actors has not been able to impress the audience much. The movie was not able to translate into a big blockbuster and huge box office collection. It only managed to capture Rs.4.04Cr. on the first day of its release as per movie critic, Taran Adarsh.

Siddharth and Jacqueline have come out as a decent actioner, but Mumbai rains appear to have affected the movie’s collections. A Gentleman cannot think to see a rise in growth this weekend with other new releases like Shubh Mangal Saavdhan and Baadshaho.
